I live out of town so I cannot attend their store in Dundas. I placed an order and immediately was notified they received my order and getting my request ready. I then was advised on the various steps when and how my order would be delivered. Received with a few days by courier. Everything was properly packed in order not to cause any damage. Stellar customer service from products to communications to delivery . Love shopping local as well. Get your Christmas list going and start shopping

My order was mailed and when it was received, all the items inside were so secure there was no worries of anything being damaged. all candles were in great form!!

I wanted to order some of the summer scents that were on sale and pick them up in NOTL. I only live a couple of minutes away. Unfortunately I could only do that with your other location. Kind of disappointing.
