Store was beautiful

Have always loved the candles and other products from The Scented Market but the customer service is outstanding! Small problem with a candle we purchased recently and it was replaced within a couple of days. Customer service was easy to access via email and Will was friendly and easy to communicate with!

The Scented market Guelph was a delight to work with, we had a private event and the staff was incredible the service great, and the candles we made and went home with were the best! The candles are incredible and they have so much more than candles!

Everything was relatively seamless for transactions online. Details behind product selections are very clear and concise. Checkout was very easy. And confirmation of pick-up from the retail store worked best for me. Great experience!! I will continue to shop here.

I feel like the scents are less powerful in these samplers compared to the larger longer burning versions.
