I have bought from Riedel many times and have always found them to be efficient and the process of buying and delivering smooth. I would have posted five stars but on this occassion a broken glass was delivered to me and despite contacting Riedel they have not replied to me. Given this was well over a week ago this is less than satisfactory and makes me wonder about the veracity of their returns policy. Do not let that put you off buying, my past experiences have been excellent and product similarly so.

The Riedal shop is the place to buy these glassed, they have the full range and the service is excellent.

Efficient and trouble free

we have not received our order yet. the DPD driver did not deliver it to us , but we were in at the time, It was delivered to an address in Kemsing 15 minutes away. They could not give us the package as they had a power cut. So we do not have our 2 decanters. !!!! we have rang Reidel and they told us that they would send it by Royal mail. still no delivery!!!! This is our second order for 2 more and my husband James Madden booked it. where is our order please????
