I have bought from Riedel many times and have always found them to be efficient and the process of buying and delivering smooth. I would have posted five stars but on this occassion a broken glass was delivered to me and despite contacting Riedel they have not replied to me. Given this was well over a week ago this is less than satisfactory and makes me wonder about the veracity of their returns policy. Do not let that put you off buying, my past experiences have been excellent and product similarly so.

Great prices and very well described, the reason for not giving 5 stars is because my parcel was delayed not through their fault but because of Royal Mail but they didn’t let me know until I chased it up

The Riedal shop is the place to buy these glassed, they have the full range and the service is excellent.

I would order from Riedel again. Although one glass was broken when the delivery arrived, this was dealt with quickly and a replacement sent out.
