First purchase of Pedla gear. Leg warmers and Aquashield Gloves. Leg warmers are so much more comfortable than any I have warn previously, who'd have thought something that simple could stand out that much. The aquashield gloves are awesome. Not quite as warm as the big puffy type of gloves, but great temp range, great grip and feeling when using your hands. have warn them in wet and dry cold and they are awesome also.

No fuss shopping experience with excellent delivery time. Top quality products. What's not to like.

Excellent design and product. Very quick delivery 😊

Quick to respond with customer service. Can actually speak to a human and talk through any issues. The quality of the clothing is fantastic.

I made a mistake initially in my sizing- totally my mistake. Pedla were great in exchanging my jersey and extremely helpful. The package was delivered promptly and all in all a great experience. Thank you pedla👍

Fab fab fab! Pedla doesn't disappoint! Perfect for brisk winter mornings or sweaty Melbourne rides.

Sent wrong item. Still waiting for approval to return. In the meantime, the item I ordered is out of stock and I’ll be out of pocket for the shipping costs for an item I didn’t order.

Service from PEDLA is always on point. I selected the wrong item, and the exchange was super easy, and service exceptional as always. It is what I have come to expect from these guys, service the way it is meant to be.

Your online account/store needs improving to better track returns. I currently have a return being processed but don’t know the stage or when my exchange will be sent. I know Pedla have it due to Australia post. Further, you need to update your contact information as I have received bounce backs.

team was very good at swapping items that were no longer available. Lisa speedy replies meant the delivery came quick despite the change of items! Also a free pair of socks for the “inconvenience” made it even better. The kit is next level, the bibs super comfortable . . you pay for quality and you get quality ++

Awesome turnaround, literally arrived in Perth 2 days after ordering and fit is perfect for me

Fabulous customer service as four of us tried on multiple outfits. Nothing was too much trouble & we all left with Pedla Musettes stuffed with new kit.

Always ace.

Great shipping. Fast.

Very good

Pedla delivered! A perfect blend of performance, comfort, and style. Their innovative fabrics and sleek designs made my ride feel effortless. A must-have for cyclists who demand both function and fashion on the road.

Fast shipping

Received top notch friendly informative service from staff member Shaun. Thankyou!

I picked up a Sounds jersey while at the TDU for my partner. Unfortunately I selected the wrong size (and had lost my receipt), but Pedla promptly replaced it. I received very good customer service . . . and a great jersey!

Have been using assos kit for the last 12years, gave Pedla a crack love it great colour range great fit and so comfy, won't be going back to the other brand. However it's a shame you don't do all your range with xxl in all your Jerseys
