Your online account/store needs improving to better track returns. I currently have a return being processed but don’t know the stage or when my exchange will be sent. I know Pedla have it due to Australia post. Further, you need to update your contact information as I have received bounce backs.

I picked up a Sounds jersey while at the TDU for my partner. Unfortunately I selected the wrong size (and had lost my receipt), but Pedla promptly replaced it. I received very good customer service . . . and a great jersey!

Have been using assos kit for the last 12years, gave Pedla a crack love it great colour range great fit and so comfy, won't be going back to the other brand. However it's a shame you don't do all your range with xxl in all your Jerseys
