I love the way your app is set up with the workouts! But a bit confusing on the meals (I am supposed to eat the same items everyday for the first week?). It’s also confusing in the water count. What I’m outing down is the total for the day or for the entire week? I put down my first day, but now I see there’s no other place to put my water for the rest of the week. So I’m assuming it’s the total for the week?

I really enjoy Joel and the workouts but when I started the program I was completely lost. When I would text for help, it wouldn’t text full sentences on the site. Very difficult to communicate with someone. Maybe a live person to call would be more helpful considering how much I paid for the challenge.
