I’m glad I took a punt to try this product. Sometimes they say they do something but when you take it doesn’t. This does exactly what it says. After struggling with brain fog in my peri years, this stuff immediately makes my mind clear and crisp. It gives me that boost of energy in the morning and through the day. Such a stark difference to when I don’t take it in the morning. Might have to go on a subscription, because I don’t think I can function as clearly without. It’s also helping with my weight loss journey too. 1. 9kg down in one week alongside very clean micro managed eating habits, exercise and sufficient water intake. Love it 🙌

Upsetting that I was unable to reach anyone to help me. I couldn’t keep up from the first week and there’s no way I could download the workouts to do the challenge later on when I was able to start. Never did the challenge and lost all the money and no way to contact any real person.
