Enjoying the app but a little disappointed with what feels like a the lack of volume in the workouts. Each workout is quite short - around 30 mins for the main workout. If I'm putting aside time to workout I want to make it worth my while and have a longer session, at least 45 mins

Just got products this morning, Bought the whole combo of all the products due to shipping, they all taste disgusting, sooo crazy sweet with horrible after taste, I keep trying to cut them or mix with something else but nothing is working , can't comment on effectiveness, shipping was just over a week, good instructions on when to use each item, I'll have to take them like a shot with min liquid just to use them
