Hi guys, I love your program a lot!! Life changer!!!! 🤩🥰 Product wise, the Ignite and Recover are sensational, great flavours and refreshing, love them. The Shred powder I do struggle with due to its powdery makeup. I don’t like it in desserts like joghurts, I prefer it as a shake. But the last sips always trigger a cough with the powder getting stick in the food pipe. That’s despite vigorous shaking over and over again. Flavour is spot on though.
