Beautiful shirts

Customer support earns the 5 stars. The shirts are definitely running with some serious size inconsistencies (that would lower review to 3). Love the staff at The Mountain and how professional and friendly all have been when needed to contact for help.

I really hate to admit it, but The Mountain just isn't as good a company as it was a few years ago. I have many shirts from this site (perhaps too many) and art quality and material quality has definitely been on the decline. Also, I will find out (not from The Mountain informing me but from my own inquiries) that they are out of stock of something I successfully purchased. It's always the same excuse ("we ran out of ink for that design" or "we don't have it in stock after all") and that is very annoying, unprofessional and frustrating as a long time customer. The customer service is also quite lacking. I really miss The Mountain of old when they offered and actually shipped interesting and available merchandise.

The quality of the Tshirt were very good . The fit was perfect and I would recommend if you are looking for quality cotton t shirt.

I am not sure what to say about a website that has been down for about a month. When it was up and working, it was a good site. As of today it was still down and is unrateable. I will be kind and give it an okay, hoping it will soon be usable once again.

Shipping is good except I never received my order for the youth bundle I ordered.

T shirt is beautiful. Very nice graphics and I have been getting nice comments from co-workers and friends every time I wear it. Fits well and the length is good too.

The Mountain has never let me down.

Ordered 3or 4 items from clearance. After 2 weeks I inquired about status and was told items were in production. After another week I inquired again. Was told items were in production. I consider these 2 replies to be lies. Why would clearance items with limited size selection be produced when ordered? A week later you shipped one of the items I had ordered and told me the others were not available. This was about a month after the original order was placed. You have great tee shirts but poor customer service in this case
