I love this company but have been waiting months and months for one long sleeve wolf warrior shirt. I’ve emailed the company twice about the missing shirt. Originally I was missing 2 shirts from my order, they sent one after a month or so and the other one I am still waiting on many months later. My previous messages have been completely ignored and I’m so sad as I’ve bought so many shirts from this company. They usually do so good, must be new management or something. I am so disappointed, I am now out the money and the shirt. :(

I don't even know how many animal shirts we have from the Mountain at this point. But I love every one of them. The shirts wash up so nice and every time we are out and about, we get so many complements on our shirts.

Most of my transactions have gone very smoothly. Only once did I receive 2 of 3 shirts, with no mention of the third. When I brought it to their attention, they looked into it immediately and realized the design I had ordered wasn't currently available, so I chose a different design, and they sent it out to me ASAP. Shirts that may seem stiff when they arrive... soften after washing. I am so thankful for their sales, because that's the only way I can afford them!

I bought several items and returned 3 hoodies the last April and I am still waiting for the answer. You received the return on 4/8/2023 because somebody there told me. After that it was Imposible to communicate with the company.

shirts aren't the same quality anymore. Misfit sizes. My last purchase, I bought 2 of the same thing, same size. But were totally different. My other ones have irregularities. What happened???? Your tshirts have been my favorites, for the last 20 years. I wish you would also change some of your artwork back the way you use to have some of them. Instead of so many BIG-FACED shirts. You use to have so many nice scenic, and wildlife ones. And some farm animals, without big faced ones.

I have been purchasing The Mountain t-shirts since 2006 when I discovered them at an art festival in Anchorage while I was “stranded” for 3 days when there was mechanical failure on the plane. Sometimes I purchase them directly from The Mountain and sometimes from other sellers who have them on sale. I am a wildlife photographer and participate in art festivals myself and like to wear these t-shirts during the shows. When I first started purchasing them, I loved many of the designs and the colors stayed pretty vibrant for a long time washing in cold water and drying them on low. I still wash them the same way but the colors fade much more quickly now so they look “old” too soon for many of my shows. But more important than that is that I have not received what I ordered in my last two shipments. I always order the Classic Cotton Unisex T-shirts in size small for daily use, and an occasional Classic Cotton Unisex one in size medium to use as a night shirt. I usually order three or four different designs at one time and once or twice each year. Last year on June 19, 2022, I ordered three in size small - Bamboo Dreams Classic Cotton T-Shirt, Dragon Dreamcatcher Classic Cotton T-Shirt and White Tigers of Bengal Classic Cotton T-Shirt. I have ordered the Tigers before and, both times, the size and fit was correct. The Bamboo Dreams and Dragon Dreamcatcher were both fitted women’s t-shirts and much too small so I had to leave them behind when I left on my trip and they are still in my closet unusable. On November 25, 2002, I decided to try again and ordered four t-shirts - all Classic Cotton T-Shirts - three in size small and one medium to use a night shirt. The medium Classic Friends is much smaller than usual and two inches shorter than my previous medium t-shirts so no good as a night shirt. Of the three Classic Cotton T-Shirts in size small, Forest Friends is the correct fit and so is Frozen but Panda Cuddles is the same fitted women’s t-shirt and so unusable. B...

I ordered three shirts in early April. One of them didn't fit so I contacted customer service and the sent me the information to send it back. I sent the shirt back 4/25 or 4/26 and still haven't received it. I emailed on 5/22 and no response. Also your website has been down since early April as well.

Your employees are rude on the phone and even their emails. They make up stuff that is not true and then will not respond.

Ordered 4 items March 17 I received 2 and have inquired twice when the rest of my order would arrive, generic email saying I would be contacted in 2 days still waiting it’s June 11 hole in 1 shirt I did get sadness abounds if the order can’t be filled then refund my account

The Mountain shirts are the best, I love them and they last a long time. And satisy my every needs.
