Besides the last order missing my chicken and been given a lamb leg instead of a lamb shoulder… talk to your packers please! The person who delivered first order was lovely and the second very considerate to put covering over box as I was out the back and didn’t hear.

Best scotch fillet I have ever had. Seriously, I've never purchased scotch fillet with this much marbling. It tasted amazing, and I accidentally over cooked it, and it was still tender like marshmallow. I have purchased from the meat store many times before and always been happy.

Excellent quality love that delivery is available,. I have brought meat from Tarnpoint for years but I’m no longer driving so this service is a god sent . Only complaint was the delivery time it’s not as efficient as I hope was home all day and finally received my order at 7:00pm , there should be a better time for delivery’s. At least a 2 hr time or a sms message would be great !

My first ever order had issues. First a product was missing from the order. That was rectified with a phone call and a refund. Some communication about it through a packing slip or an email would be better service. Second, and more alarming, is I got food poisoning from the first steak from the whole scotch. After a day I sliced off the contaminated end and the rest has been fine. It's made me hesitant to buy again.
