6 stars - Fantabulous. Meat’s great. Only had one piece each, so far and it’s perfect. Might be the way my wife cooked it in the air-fryer but the NY cut was juicy and tender. Service from ordering to delivery was great, thank you. A problem with the short-date (11Feb’26) Bear brand Wasabi, was addressed. No dramas because I reckon nothing ‘naughty’ can live in that sauce. I’m as happy as a pup with two tails.

Ordered online and picked up in store. I didn’t mention that I needed the meat sliced, but the staff still went out of their way to slice it up for me on the spot and packed everything neatly in air bags. Really friendly and helpful. Very happy with the service and how my order was handled. Highly recommend.

Absolutely obsessed with the meat store! Ordered Wednesday afternoon delivered to my door Thursday. All the meat has been 10/10 in taste as well. Will definitely be getting my weekly meat from here from now on.

How many times do I keep repeating myself submitting this feedback? The butchery was pretty disappointing. The quality wasn’t great, a clear difference vs in store

I’ve ordered a handful of times from the meat store. The schnitzel is fantastic great value great taste however the last couple of times I’ve been a bit hesitant to order the grass fed mince again. My last order came late afternoon and was warm. The meat had a smell and everything I ordered was warm not cold. Was disappointed and concerned and won’t eat the meat. It was a hot day and our order was the last however the truck and box should be cooled sufficiently when ordering quite a bit. That last experience put me off unfortunately.

We’ve done a handful of orders now and there isn’t a single thing I’d ever complain about. Quality, packaging and Colin’s delivery is always outstanding.
