I’m very happy with the Laundress customer service. Just grieving the original Classic detergent in that original thicker consistency. Perfection would be bringing that back and allowing the Classic scent to be a bit more intense.

I love this project and use it for all of my cherished wool and cashmere sweaters, dresses, and scarves. It is genius. I follow the instructions and use mesh bags and then dry my woolens on a wire rack topped with towels. Perfection. If only I could find a dry cleaner with the same ethos as those behind The Launderess to clean my heavy winter woolen coats.
