It was easy to place the order for this beautiful product. Everything needed for the installation was included.

We use the kick plate store after returning the products that we needed to two other sources. The key plate store was successful and paid attention to detail with shipping so that our brass place would arrive undamaged. We recommend using the cake store for all your future needs.

After I submitted my order, it got lost somehow. After 2 weeks of not hearing anything, I followed up only to find out it was never placed. I did get it two weeks later.

The plate overall does what it should and works well. I paid the extra money to have the holes beveled and the hardware included but neither of those happened. Ultimately I spent more money than I needed to but these doors were an odd size so I was happy to see they had so many different sizes. I probably should have called customer service but by the time the contractor got to the kick plate installation, several weeks had passed and it seemed like too long to go back and complain

Bought the kickplate so we could repaint the front door and not worry about our large German Shepherds scratching the paint job to death. The kickplate is serving its purpose. Did have an issue with the shipment. However, Danielle in CS handled it successfully. Pleased with the product. Pleased with the customer service.
