They opened the delivery door not too long after I called to let them know I was there. I had three employees help me load them into my truck.

Service at local Thiesens is great!! Shipping can be difficult at times, still waiting on either pi product or refund from on order that didn't get. Communication was good then bad, still hasn't been resolved and have had a couple orders since this one

I really like the layout of the store. It makes it easy to find what I'm looking for. I have had good luck ordering things online to have them ready in the store to save time and make sure they have the quantity I needed. The staff seemed friendly and helpful. Prices are comparable to others with a sorter commute for me.

We purchased a coat like this 2 years ago. It held up great except for the zipper. Only complaint is that the arms and tail are too short for longer, leaner body types. My partner is a thin man, but average height. The sleeves are 2 inches too short and pull up when he reaches out. The hem rides up over his waist when reaching up. Oh, the hood is useless. It’s so small the front of your head gets wet. Other than that, well worth the investment.
