Ordered two tactacam trail cams and SD cards, both came very quickly in the mail. One camera had a broken SD card slot that was discovered in the evening I opened it up. By the next morning Theisen's had refunded me the money, no questions asked. Great customer service!!! Will definitely buy from them again
