I recently placed an order and after a few days I was wondering why I hadn't seen an email indicating that it was shipped. I got a call from The Hook Company apologizing for the delay with an offer to over-night it without charge since they knew enough to ask if it was a Valentine's Day gift (it was). I actually purchased my hook bracelet in St. John's, unfortunately, I was not as careful with its care as per the instructions. I took advantage of the life time warranty and return the bracelet. Within days, I received a replacement bracelet, I have been very careful with its care and love my hoop bracelet.
