I recently purchased three titanium hook bracelets in different colors. I absolutely LOVE THEM ALL ! I wear mine together everyday & put them to bed at night ! My mom got me one of the original bracelets so I knew what to expect as far as product. However I was thrilled with service, received the bracelet really fast, and no shipping which I just love.

My husband wanted a chocolate titanium hook bracelet when we were on St. Thomas but he never got around to the purchase. I used this company but unfortunately I ordered a size too large. The original bracelet took about a week to arrive. Shipping was free but when we realized the bracelet was too big and needed to be exchanged, I had to send $25 for the return and shipping of new bracelet. Otherwise the item is great and I am happy with the purchase. Just make sure you order the correct size initially.

Not only is the jewelry lovely, but the service is even better. We had a problem with the delivery of a bracelet...USPS reported it delivered when it was not. Joe (The Hook Company) was immediately responsive when I contacted them to guide through how to report the problem with the post office and also what to do to expedite the remedy on his end... and reshipped the item within 48 hours of contact! I truly appreciate their polite and immediate responsiveness, thank you Hook Company! Well done!!
