Collagen easily taken with water. Menopause took a little getting used to as it is quite gritty. At first I was adding fresh lemon juice to add flavour. I now combine the two and leave in water for about 45mins which seems to soften the grittiness of the menopause and makes is much nicer to drink. I also use a little electric whisk to mix the flavours. Super easy. Too early to review the effects but I will definitely keep taking them.

I am on my 3rd tin of pea protein and all I can say is, that it has made a vast difference to my overall health and fitness following a long illness earlier in the year which left me very weak and tired. Thank you Healthy Chef!

Absolutely love this cookbook. Gives you alternatives for purple with food intolerances while not compromising on taste. The Chocolate cake was the first cake I baked in my new kitchen. It didn't disappoint 🥰

Everyday Greens are awesome, my bloating has reduced significantly (after a lot of trial and error), it is gentle on the stomach and goes well in smoothies. A definite re-order

The health chef is definitely a "go-to" recommendation of mine. I love this product, it tastes really good and is packed with nutrients but my tummy was a little sensitive to it. I'd suggest starting slow and starting with the everyday greens for a few months first. Otherwise a great product. 4/5 from me but a 5/5 product.
