It is very good shop. I live in Japan, but delivery was faster than I thought. I want to enjoy shopping this store again.

I was told my item was not available and that it’s on back order. I said I’d wait. After a month, I emailed the shop and asked of a status update. No response. Then called, no one answered. Left a message, the person who called back said they don’t know when they will get it back in stock. I asked them to please contact their supplier and ask … hold and behold later that night I got an email that my item was shipped. Poor communication is the reason for the poor review

I love my Harvard tote bag. I have all the space I need and it catches people's eyes. It's also durable and easy to keep clean.
