Only concern was that the order took so long to arrive.

I have loved all the items I have ordered including sweat pants and pens. I am very inclined to order some more since I did a week with Harvard Medical School continuing medical education this fall, although I did not attend Harvard for medical school.

These were much better than the one I ordered in the past.

My nephew was shipped a defective sweatshirt, and it cost me $16 non refundable shipping to send it back plus my 15% off expired so I would have paid full price to replace the defective one, had I not complained and gotten the WELCOMEBACK coupon. Inspection should be better, and when escapes get through, returns should not be as punitive to the customer. If it cost the company something to ship defects, there would be incentive to get it right the first time, rather than dissuading repeat customers.
