The product has not yet been delivered, as I am currently experiencing issues with customs clearance. The shipment UM916678063US does not contain all the necessary information required for inspection by the Brazilian customs authorities and/or contains incorrect information. As soon as I am able to clarify with the local authorities what steps may be taken to move this process forward, or how you might be able to assist, I will gladly get in touch. In situations like this, if a resolution cannot be reached, the merchandise is sometimes returned to the sender in accordance with standard procedures. Should this occur, I am confident we can coordinate the return process smoothly and work together to minimize any inconvenience for both parties.
