I ordered the the 4mm solid gold 10K cuban link chain. It arrived and was beautiful, but too short for my liking. I opted to exchange it for a longer chain. It has been a bit of a tedious process, but Alan has been a good communicator and attended to my concerns along the way (it is a big purchase for me, so I was nervous about the exchange). So, the product is great, and the customer service has been dependable.

I’ve loved every product I’ve gotten from you guys although my bracelet I ordered from y’all started fading within 1 week but my gold chain that I’ve had for 2 years hasn’t faded at all but just yesterday they were stolen definitely order from y’all again though
