I started a warranty replacement on March 28, 2026 to get my gold necklace and bracelet replaced due to fading and clasp breaking. After 30 some emails, I finally received store credit on May 21, 2026. The time that it takes is just insane. They literally reply once a week, if that, and you have to be constantly following up because they just don't get back to you. After this experience i don't think i want to shop here even with my store credit because i don't want to go through this experience again. I think the only way is if they give me compensation credit on top of my already spent money. There are other companies that will respect your time, give them your money instead.
