Great shipping had no problems

My husband absolutely loves his custom fire pit! It is very durable, easy to set up/use, and he was so happy to see the personalized designs when he opened it! The whole family is enjoying hanging out by the fire on chilly nights :) Also, I really appreciate the fast shipping and all of Mike’s help and timely replies via email. Thank you so much!

Mike talked me through the whole process and ever hooked me up with a coupon code. Very solid customer service….

Great pit awesome people to deal with shipping was quick and easy keep up the great work

Great customer service. It's nice to actually speak to a person, and in the US no less, when there are questions. Very helpful.

The fire pit arrived fast and safe. There wasn't any damage.

Shipping and delivery was excellent!!

I googled fire pits and selected TheFirePitStore after interacting online about their products. They were very responsive and my items shipped in reasonable timelines. I’m glad that I stumbled upon TheFirePitStore.com and recommend them because they made me feel that my business mattered. That matters to me, to feel good about spending my money.

Very easy to communicate with!! Called me personally to verify the custom pit would be right. And shipped quickly. Definitely recommend them

Great service!

Arrived on time, no issues, exactly what I wanted

Very little information provided by staff, seemed confused about their own products until it arrived from a third party manufacturer…little knowledge of products.

Arrived as expected, assembly was easy.

End result was great! It was a lil’ tricky to work with the store and get the item delivered. But very happy with the purchase! Its one of a kind

Wonderful customer service

Awesome customer service and product!

A professional company with excellent service

This deck pad is pretty new- about 3 weeks- but seems to be as advertised. Waterproof and fireproof pad sits in steel frame and actually supports a custom 200+ pound firepit without any significant compression under the fire pits feet. There is very minor warping of frame under significant weight. A 36” round pad would have been a little better esthetically, but the square works as well.
