Absolutely love the fire pit. It came fully assembled and ready to go. The handle was missing for the fire mesh top and they replied to the email the same day and dropped one in the mail. Great product and excellent customer service!

Communication was very good. For some reason when I was ordering it kept adding a shipping protection fee. I took it off, but somehow it automatically got added in. They were very good about crediting me that amount without any problem! It arrived in great condition.
