Quick to receive items but the return procedure wasn’t good. Had to pay over 30.00 to return the item and still haven’t received the refund which is coming up to 7 business days

Great service and products but it would be better if you covered the return postage. It’s risky buying online and the fact I potentially have to cover postage for a return makes me hesitant to use your service. 😕

Great except for returns
Love the prices and quality. The only difficulty is returns when things don’t fit right. One of the hardest things about buying online is getting the right fit. So a free returns policy is really important to allow customers to purchase freely.

Ordered a pair of Jo Mercer shoes, on special at approx $99 Wrong size, returned for exchange, the exhausting return procedure, and endless emails to get some clue as to the status of my return is getting ridiculous.I am currently without shoes and out of pocket my hard earned cash. This is the first time I have used this company and will be the LAST! I should have read the poor reviews.
