Excellent customer service

I was really hoping this lip balm would be the answer to my dry, cracked lips that I’ve been struggling to soothe. Unfortunately, it appears as though I have an allergy to an ingredient (my best guess is the propolis). I slathered this on my lips the first night and woke in the morning to tingling, itchy lips. I tried it once more to be sure, and the second morning was confirmation. I’ll be gifting it to my mom, so at least someone can enjoy this balm.

This is the first blush that I found with sun screen; plus all natural ingredients! Plus the colors are beautiful and stay on! Foundation with sunscreen is easily removed when applying regular blush on the cheeks on top of it leading to sun damage and brown spots in those areas. . . but not with this product which adds to the UVA/UVB protection with its built in sunscreen. I have been searching for such a blush and am surprised at the scarcity of similar products. I have purchased it in 3 colors and have given it as a gift to friends. I love it and use it all the time.
