I take this with the Holi Mane and I now have to get my haircut every 3 months. Each time I goes she comments on how thick my hair is and how quickly it grows. FYI it’s very bitter tasting but I take as a shot with water or you can add lemon and water and it gets rid of the taste.

Really love my Undaria Algae body oil. Non oily, lovely mild scent. I apply while skin is still damp after shower and it sinks in and leaves my skin nicely moisturized
