On my first “wet” use I gently shook the shaver to clear extra water, the new head came off and fell onto the floor, two of the razor pieces came undone and now don’t fit back properly. Also these head replacements don’t have the holes on top as the original one did which makes it easier to rinse under the faucet. 20% for sharing my review is nice, but does not repair the replacement pieces.

The service, especially the CEO video, is first class.
