I bought the cut buddy from walmart an found it to be broken an used. Not cutbuddies fault. But they took it upon themselves to ship me free of charge the replacement parts i needed to have to start using my cut buddy. I thank them for standing behind their name and making the retailers uncaring nature right. I will be a cut buddy for life!

I am a very happy returning customer (had prior model that I accidentally damaged)! I recently tried the Freebird Flex Series Pro, but for me, it did not cut nearly close enough, and the wrist ergonomics were awful. I returned that, and purchased the current model of the Cut Buddy, which I love. Added bonus is the battery % indicator. I even think this new battery lasts longer than my previous model.

It arrived fast and im so glad to have discovered this brand.
