The corners were well packaged. Delivery took longer than expected. However, the product is good quality.

Good service. Slow order fullfillment (for in stock product) vs. shown expectations. It would have taken me 3 weeks to get Inpro and these came in a little under 3 weeks. Next time I'll probably stick with Inpro.

I am a first-time customer. I had a 3-piece order. There was an issue with 1 of the 3 items on the order when i arrived to pick it up. Using the corner guards to protect the corners of my tread steps on my composite deck. Have not installed yet but I believe they will work great to protect the corners of steps from traffic wear.

The packaging needs improved. I didn't realize it was going to come in two separate shipments. The first shipment was laying on my front porch broke open and I was missing 3 nails. The second shipment came the next day, and it could have very easily been busted open. I contacted them and they shipped me the missing nails right away.
