The item was actually malfunctioning when I received it, but leaving 5 stars because customer support was so awesome, quick and thorough. My replacement is in the mail through the manufacturer on their warranty, and it was clearly a defective product through no fault of the Cleaning Station. Most painless customer service experience i’ve had in my entire adult life. Thanks Vanessa for all your help
