When ordering it said it would take 3-4 days for delivery. I didn't receive it until 4 weeks later. I called multiple times, and someone said they would let me know what the holdup was and would get back to me. Of which no one ever did. On the third week I called back to cancel, and they said they would cancel it only to have received a email giving me the tracking number for the delivery.

The item was actually malfunctioning when I received it, but leaving 5 stars because customer support was so awesome, quick and thorough. My replacement is in the mail through the manufacturer on their warranty, and it was clearly a defective product through no fault of the Cleaning Station.
