My first time ordering from Cano and I was pleasantly surprised! This sandal is so comfortable to wear and I have such peace of mind knowing this is a REAL shoe made of high quality materials and not synthetic chemicals. I live in the United States and it only took two weeks for them to arrive. Would highly recommend this product.

The sizing information about ordering one size down doesn't really jump out. A pop window with this info when choosing one of the larger sizes would be useful.

I ordered these shoes more
I ordered these shoes more than a month ago. In spite of repeated attempts to get information from the company about when I will receive the product, they have not provided me with any information. Often I have received an autogenerated reply saying that they will get back to me in a couple of days -- but without such reply coming. I have asked them for compensation for the delay, but they simply offer a discount for "the next purchase". Needless to say, that currently seems unlikely.

As mentioned in my review, the customer service was great. i like how you helped me to confirm I got the right size, actually I only got it right because of the support. Also the delivery was great and you did not add any additional packaging, no plastic. Great job!
