Shipping is okay. But Return service should be better and faster.

The personnel was very friendly, but I never experienced such a complicated process for returning things that were ordered online. Taking pictures and waiting for approval is very inconvenient!

Fast and helpful responses of the service team, no problems with returns (I always order 2 sizes, so the non fitting size goes back).

I placed my order on 17 June 2025 and as of 6 July, I still haven’t received anything. The tracking hasn’t updated since 26 June. I contacted customer service and clearly asked for a refund, since the company promises delivery within 10 working days within Europe. It’s been 13 working days, and nothing has arrived. Instead of addressing my refund request, they replied with a vague message saying the parcel was “at the local post,” which is not supported by any tracking update. They completely ignored my actual request for a refund. Very disappointing experience and poor handling from the company. If the issue is resolved fairly, I’ll be happy to share that too.

so far an awful experience from this company. No movement in the tracking number from the purchased weeks ago. No response from the company from the email I sent. Nothing. Absolutely awful experience so far.

The shoes are comfortable and really beautiful, although they are a bit large. I would recommend sizing down when ordering

I bought 3 pairs of shoes -- I wanted all 3, I wasn't choosing between styles or sizes or colors. The shoes arrived and they are very nice shoes! Unfortunately even thought they are the correct size (as in smaller or larger would not fit) the shoes did not fit my feet well. Disappointed, I opted to return them. The returns process was a slight hassle but I understand their requirements. However, once the return was authorized I found that it will cost me half the value of the shoes to ship them back. THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH CANO and I do not mean to imply otherwise. However, if you are used to trying different styles and sizes and colors before you choose your shoes, please do so knowing it will be costly.

I had some questions and the support was super great.

The return policy isn't great. I ordred 3 pairs of shoes and 2 out of 3 fit correctly but the 3rd didn't fit even though i used the sizing tool I don't think i should have to pay for shipping back to get the right size since i used the sizing tool and the other two worked fine.

Size inconsistent

Die Lieferung war sehr schnell und problemlos!
