The 5 black boxes with bows arrived as promised. But this was AFTER I explained that 5 bracelets arrived in cheap looking flat white plastic pouches. Two of the 5 were not even put together. The boxes do make bracelets look better, but my overall opinion is: the bracelets look like inexpensive $20 gifts, NOT worth the more than 3 times the amt I paid.

Have been looking for a volleyball charm forever that didn’t look cheap and would fit nicely on a Pandora bracelet since Pandora doesn’t have a volleyball. This one worked great. The quality is excellent (right in line with Pandora), the ordering process was simple, and they offered expediting shipment, so I got it here in time all for a Very reasonable price. Our niece loved it!

The company was very responsive and prompt with their service. I ordered Wed, and my package arrived Sat. The watch was packaged nicely with all the tags in place. I gave a 4 instead of 5 stars review because the watch I ordered came with a dead battery which I had to replace.

I ordered a necklace for my boyfriend's birthday present and it ended up being way too small. I then proceeded to order the necklace again, but doubled my mistake and ordered the exact same size. I had to call back multiple times regarding simple questions and return policies. Every single time I called back you guys were so incredibly helpful and make the experience so much easier. Always loved having a fine pocket watch. This is a replacement of a gift that was destroyed accidently. I am certain I have upgraded in quality. Just love the look of this clean and sleek classy timepiece, soon to be engraved.
