Great service, great product

In most ways this was perfect for our 3 year old on his first camping trip. It attaches to the air bed so he didnt slip around in the night and could turn over inside it without pulling the whole thing with him but it can also be used separately from the air bed. It comes with his own pump which he loved, he insisted we use his pump to blow it up rather than our own (better) one! Definitely made it feel special to him. The only reason if is 4 rather than 5 stars is that it doesnt have a zip, it is fixed one side and half way up the other side. It would have been better if there was a zip so we could adjust how far if was done up. Additionally the service from kids camping store was wonderful. They put in lots of personal touches including a hand written message and a free gift which my son loved. Definitely would recommend them to other people looking for camping things for their children!

Purchased a Readybed but stock had dried up due to COVID. The team were great and constantly kept me up to date on stock situation, now received it and happy.

The ready bed arrived promptly, and is perfect size for my 18 month old! I feel he will be safe overnight! The dinosaur design is lovely! Inflates and deflates quickly! And has a handy storage bag attached to the bed which fits well!

I can't actually review the product yet as not received but the customer service here is second to none. There was a delay in the bed arriving but Glen from Kids Camping was so helpful, contacted me straight away with my options and his apologies. The bed is due next week, the emails to advise of your order and despatch are so cute, it's a little story for your little camper. Perfect touch!! Will without a doubt order from here again. I ordered 2 sets of the camp beds late on Sunday night, a delightful email confirmed the order and also put a smile on my face. On Monday another delightful email to say my order had been dispatched and on Tuesday 2 large boxes arrived. I had purchased the camp beds on behalf of my daughter and with a little help she was able to assemble one of the bunk sets. They are very sturdy and the children loved them. It was easy to convert into a seat the only niggle was that there was a pole sticking into your back when you sat down but easily solved by using a sleeping bag or a pillow. Top marks to the kids camping store for their amusing customer service and follow up email.

Amazing quality, easy to put together and arrived on time. We put them up straight away and kids have had 2 good nights sleep. The customer service has been amazing, lovely emails on progress, which the kids loved reading. Nice touch!

My little boy got a great first night's sleep under canvas, even in a noisy woodland so was clearly happy. He loves the design too, which helps. You will need an extra layer or two for outdoor use, the bag is indoor specification. Great service too.

Great Service, would definitely use again

I ordered a Ready Bed for our first camping trip with my 4 year old daughter. Kids Camping Store was the only place I could find a Frozen one - which she loved! It arrived quickly and with a very thoughtful extra little toy inside as a gift from the team :) They also sent us a camping with kids checklist which was v helpful while I was packing! My daughter loves the bed, slept through the night in it both nights and was warm enough without any extra blankets on top even though it got quite cold in the tent. The service I got from the Kids Camping Store team was brilliant, and it will definitely be my go-to for any more kids stuff we need in future.

Great service and advice from kids camping store, the most personal and caring online shopping experience I’ve ever had! With Glen’s advice we bought this to take our newborn camping, and it worked well. It’s light, packs up small (once you have the knack of folding!), and the baby sleeps as well as at home! It’s small enough to consider hiking with, we’ll try next weekend. We also take it with us on picnics, handy to put her down in if she naps or (more often) to stare at trees. I’ve gone for 4 not 5 stars as we were more comfortable with overnight sleeping on the separate blow up mattress and fitted sheet, which meant two separate purchases.

I purchased the kid o bunk, I was concerned about the delivery timeframe as we were due to go away camping, I had great communication from kids camping, clear advice, ordered on the Monday and arrived Wednesday! Thankyou I will not hesitate to shop from Kids camping again :)

Bought ready for camping for my 7 and 11 year old boys. Set up at home to try it out and now I can't get them off it. So easy to set up in about 15 minutes and very high quality. The bags they come in are quite heavy with all parts in so don't think they'd be able to carry them on their own for long but that's the only downside. Will free up floor space in their tent bedroom and they love being in a bunk. Hanging side organiser is great. Not cheap but good value for what you get and handy if boys ever have friends over for sleepover. Big enough to support older children/ small adults. Would definitely recommend

I pre ordered these bunk beds in July 2020. Shortly after my order I received a phone call to check that I knew that they would take a little longer to get to me. We bought the bunk beds for our grandchildren to use when they stay over after borrowing my daughters set. They pack away neatly when not needed and are simple to assemble.

The kid o bunk was the ideal solution for us as a family of 5 (2 adults, 3 children). It offered more floor space in our tent, was easy to assemble and pack away and the kids loved sleeping in their own bunk bed. It also converts to a sofa which was handy during the day. Service was excellent from the kids camping store. Lots of updates from Glen regarding its delivery and it arrived in time for our camping trip despite ordering it with relatively short notice. Good to support a family run business which genuinely seems to care about it’s customers and it’s service, would highly recommend!!
