When I placed the order I was informed straight away when I would receive the item, and I was not let down.

Our grandchildren were so excited when they saw the new sleeping arrangements. They were off on an adventure and wanted to go to bed ASAP. Easy to put together, comfortable, the boys loved the storeage bags and had all kinds of items they wanted in them. We are fortunate to have our grandchildren sleep over pretty often, so although the item seems bit expensive, I know it will be used over and over again. Very very pleased with this purchase. Very sturdy, easily washed over, and easy to dismantle. Thank you so much for great idea.

The bed hasn’t been used yet, but I have inflated it which only took about 3 minutes and taken the covers off as recommended to wash before first use. They washed up well and went back on easily. I’m sure my granddaughter is going to love it. Speedy service. It was out of stock everywhere else, so I was very pleased to find it at the kids camping store.

Great Product!!! The quality and strength of the bunks are amazing. I’ve had my eye on them for a couple of years but hard to get anywhere in stock. Great price, coupled with free delivery, even to N Ireland which was a big factor. Normally products like this cost a lot to get delivered. Very speedy turnaround, was with me in 3 days, including day of order. I would recommend Kids Camping Store to anyone. Felt like a very personal service and a retailer who genuinely cares, rare for online purchase. So good that a bought a second bunk set the same week. Ordered this last week and it arrived prompt. Helpful staff answered all my questions prior to purchase, even into the evening. The bunks are fabulous. Our kids love them and they even supported my weight at 3am as I cuddled our youngest to sleep! Took about 20 mins to setup first time around but will be more like 10 mins now I’ve made them up. Very pleased ..a great addition to our teepee tent and can thoroughly recommend it for a family with young kids.

I just knew I'd be writing this reveiw. I have never dealt with such amazing customer service in my life! I've been searching for some practical beds to make a life long investment in. I had searched the Internet for the kid-o-bunk and made sure they was what I was looking for, I first tried to checkout (not to purchase) but to see if i they would be delivered in time then cancelled the purchase. Later on that day I had a pleasant gentleman call me to ask if I needed any help and he gave me some incredible advice and I realised the kid-o-bunk wasn't going to be right for what I wanted and decided the large would be better. It come to the day I purchased the item and I was exited to receive the purchase, I then got another call from the same lovely gentleman to check my address (it is a bit dodgy) and everything was fine i expressed my thanks for helping me decide, he advised me on the delivery service and I cant believe it I only made the purchase yesterday and today (a Saturday AND bank holiday weekend) my purchase is here! Im super exited for sleepovers and for me and my son to be able to join family on breaks and never have to worry about where we are going to sleep ever again. Thank you so much, I can not reccomend kids camping store enough!
