I have had no issues with this dual vitamin. I take it along with my magnesium every morning. I usually break out if vitamins don’t agree with my body but I have yet to experience that problem. I’ve been taking it for the past 2-3 weeks.

The shipping was fine. The product didn't sit well with me, BUT I have a delicate digestive system. Probably would do just fine for someone with a normal digestive tract.

I love the way Choline Complex makes me feel. I have more clarity and an improved energy level. I love the fact that it aids in liver health and supports fat metabolism. I don't need Choline for prenatal support as I am way past child-bearing age, but the fact that Choline is essential for cognitive function I figure as I age it is needed.
