While shipping took a while, it was expected due to international shipping. Worth the wait for sure and great communication throughout the process!

Shipping took two weeks. A lot longer than I had expected. Bags are super cute and my girls love the design. Not sure how long it’s going to last though. One of the handles already have stitching that came undone and we’ve only used it for a week.

I have not received my items ordered on September 8. I am aware that I am far away and that shipping will take time, however, I cannot even find tracking to know if these items are close or not. Then, I receive an email asking me to review my items!
