I find your return policy a little hard to understand. I returned a pair of shoes at one point for store credit, but was docked about $18 and I’m not sure why. Overall I’m happy and impressed with your service though.

Shoes arrived in great condition, though it took a bit of time for the store to ship them. Shoes fit well, as suggested I went down half a number my usual size. Craftmanship is outstanding.
