Quicksilver silver 88 amps arrived quickly and were as described (flawless). Installed 12bh7 Tungsol round black plates and RCA 12ax7 black plates and was amazed at the sound these amps could produce. Replaced a pair of Classe 15 amps with fresh electrolytics and bias set properly but the Quicksilvers better them in every way. Amps are a steal at the price. Thank you

I bought a used amp which developed a problem in the first few weeks of ownership. The rep was very responsive to my concerns. Of course he asked me to try several things with the amp, I have no problem with that. When those suggestions did not fix the problem I was offered very fair choices including refund or return for repairs at not cost. I was very satisfied with how TMR handled my issue.

I went from a Class D to a Class AB Integrated Amp. I was hesitant to switch to this Parasound Halo. It is half of the power I presently am getting from my current Integrated Amp. With the higher current (Class AB), the music seems to have more detail and sounds better at lower volumes. The crossover on the sub out is easy to adjust & very useful. Also having some tone control on the front panel is very convenient. The Halo is a solid unit with a quality design.

Since March I have been putting together a vinyl only 2 channel system with Ryan as my guide. First of all his honesty and integrity have me hooked. I am a novice audiophile and need all the guidance I can get. Guidance based on experience and reality not weak opinion. He advised with a vinyl system to build it from the source, turntable and cartridge. Based on his experience he encouraged me to get the Rega P8 if I could swing it. He also opened my eyes to Totem speakers (Twin Bisons) and Viablue speaker cables. We have since upgraded to PrimaLuna EVO 400 integrated, Viablue interconnects, and a pair of Totem Element Metal speakers. Ryan has never led me astray. The only equipment that didn’t work out has been that which I thought I needed, not recommended by Ryan. He has made all the trades and upgrade paperwork smooth. I highly recommend him for your needs. He is a major asset to TMR. I have not encountered a person at TMR that wasn’t dedicated to customer satisfaction

I sold my VPI Classic 1 turntable to them. I worked with David Pew regarding all of the details of making the sale. His instructions were clear and they paid for the shipping. The turntable with the platter weighs over 60 LBs. Once they received it and tested it out I was paid immediately. I highly recommend working with them if you want to sell your older equipment.
