Surprisingly fast delivery considering it was coming from Australia to England!

Gushing over my beautiful hat. Absolutely love it. So pretty and feminine. Compliments aplenty. Highly recommend these quality hats! My daughters is amazing absolutely love it. She looks the pretty picture! Only issue is my head is too small for adults, too big for kids, so I'm in between sizes. A little annoying, but I am using my husbands chin strap from his QUALITY Kakadu hat, and that has made all the difference. I just set it to the back of my head instead of the front and it does the trick. I truly love and recommend these hats, they're really beautiful. I've already sent one as a gift to my niece, both my daughters, my husband and myself have one, now for my 2 sons. Cannot get enough of Kakadu! Husband has his new belt for fathers day, and a duffel I'm waiting for Christmas to gift. Now, what else can I find . . .

Just what I was looking for and Australian made a well, Fits perfectly and delivered quickly.

The hat got lost in the mail or stolen by the USPS and I never received it. It spent 3 weeks bouncing between 2 cities on the way to me, then got sent to a different city and the last report 3 months ago stated it was on the way to its destination. I doubt it will ever be delivered. Kakadu tried to help but nothing happened after Austrialia Post attempted to track it.

Very quick packaging and shipping to Canada

I got the Brumby hat I had been obsessing about in NZ, from a shop in Robina. It was everything I expected it to be. What I particularly like about this hat is the shape of the crown. I do wish the brim was a little more conically tapered downward, but maybe gravity will take care of that over time. Robina did not have the Kakadu chin strap, and it looked so good online that I refused to buy an alternate brand. I ordered online the chin stap and the cow skull belt buckle. When they arrived, the chin strap did not have the nice toggle that the one online showed. The cow skull buckle metal was very thin in the middle of the skull and had a small hole in it. The loveliness of the hat kind of offset the dissapointment with the chin strap and buckle. I travelled around north queensland looking for belts to go with the buckle at western type shops. I found one at titleys in charters towers and donahues in townsville. Really superb expensive belts that will go well with that buckle
