I ordered the “factory second” version, so in theory I shouldn’t have any issues if there were any imperfections. I’ve been wearing the jacket for a few days now and haven’t noticed any flaws. Absolutely top quality — I’ll definitely be back for another one in a different color in the future.

I first ordered a jacket that was one size too big. The return process was easy and I got my shipping cost covered. Yesterday I got my new jacket and it fits great. There was good communication all the way and no stress whatsoever.

Any manufacturer that offers XS for men already has won me over, but I also really like the jacket otherwise. It’s comfortable and seems to be well-made. It’s obvious where the company saves money to keep the cost down, but it seems to be in areas that don’t matter too much for the buyer. I also really like that, according to them, it’s free of harmful chemicals that otherwise might get used in tanning.

The coat came exactly as pictured. We had it custom sized and added length and the fit turned out perfect. The leather is very soft and comfortable. The coat isn’t stiff and was lighter than expected. The service was excellent and shipping was very fast. I would recommend.

The jacket was of great quality and exactly what I wanted, but unfortunately its a bit too big and I should have ordered a smaller size. I am going to return it and order one size smaller. Luckily, the return policy within 30 days makes this quite easy.
