The shoe looks great online and I was so excited for them. However the shoe is really low quality and it shows. For an expensive shoe it looks super cheap when wearing.

Boots looked and fit great. Came quickly too!

I'm not happy about paying for return shipping.

Sadly, very disappointed in quality!!! Very cheap waxy appearance to the boots. Have other Frye boots that I love, these, not so much.

Nice boots, but I dont like the noisy sole when walking, and the boots are not soft so they are hard to break in.

I had assumed the boots I ordered were GENUINE LEATHER. After receiving them, I realized the boots were advertised as VEGAN LEATHER. Vegan leather is just a term and is NOT leather in any way, shape, or form. For a few dollars more I could have purchased GENUINE leather. I will be returning the boots. So disappointing.
