The perfumes are great, One charm of 7. 5 ml leaked. The entire bottle was empty. There is frustration because So Avant Garde has great inventory but their customer service is slow and poor

Horrible customer service. My product arrived in it leaked. I reached out and they quickly gave me a return label. But this is where customer service dropped the ball. I’m still waiting for a refund or a new bottle. I have sent out for additional emails with zero response. Now I have to open up a dispute with my credit card to get my refund.

This shipping took alittle long but was expecting it.
