I received this book in bad condition. It wss shipped in too large of a box with no packing materials. I phoned Customer Service and the woman with whom I spoke could not have been nicer or more helpful. She said they would send another copy of this book immediately. A few days later I received this book in a smaller box and it was in excellent condition. It's a well-written and designed book. I'm very pleased with it.
