In my most recent purchase I had an issue with a couple of the bottles having a foul odor overpowering the scent. I contacted customer service through the website "contact us". I got a response in a day requesting lot numbers for the bottles which I provided, then no further contact. no acknowledgement, no explanation, nothing.
