The customer service was excellent, but I feel very let down by the product - I have spent £22 (I only work part time so that is nearly a days work for me!) and I have 2 jars of unusable cream. I will not be ordering again

Easy to order - web site is user friendly, and came within an acceptable time limit. Recyclable packaging, (obviously - it is the body shop), and I can't fault the products.

I obviously did not want to pay carriage so ordered enough to get free carriage. However I had EARNED a £5 discount and when it was applied you wanted to charge carriage!……. So, I had to buy another one! Surely that shouldn’t happen?
