Staff are always so welcoming and friendly. They also know their stuff about the products.

Good experience as usual. My order arrived on time with all items intact. No complaints at all.

Customer service wasn't great either 😕

Ordered a next day delivery came on time.

Very happy with the shop and staff always friendly

Staff super friendly

There was a problem with 1st parcel but was rectified extremely quickly. Really impressed with service and products.

Quick and easy to order and good delivery times. Love all the Body Shop products

Clear website, and order was easy to make. Shipped and delivered as stated.

The products are amazing, but trying to get on to the website is sometimes difficult, also when you go into the store itself you get more discounted products and free products than when you use the online shop. But I love Body Shop products so Im still a loyal customer.

Staff was good but Rubbish product

I bought my recent White Musk from Body shop store

Quick and efficient delivery
