I’m extremely frustrated at this point. I still haven’t received my package, and there has been zero communication or meaningful updates. Every time I ask about the status, I’m simply told to check the tracking info, which hasn’t changed. Honestly, I nearly forgot about it altogether. It's especially disappointing to receive an email asking me to leave a review when no one even bothered to follow up to confirm whether I actually received the order. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and, frankly, unacceptable. I expect a proper response and resolution.

I ordered rail cushions, exactly what I ordered, and it arrived in time, no problem there. Asked the question of which side of the cushion needed to be up, and which side needs to be down and still waiting for an answer. I appreciate there is a bit of a debate on this, and not all agree, However, whoever answered the messages on "messenger" told me they were going to ask the technician 3 weeks ago and still haven't come back to me.
